Exceptions and Handling

1. If your package is lost during delivery, we will reship a new package.
2. We are not responsible if you provided an incorrect shipping address or if the package is not received after a successful delivery attempt.
3. If you need an exchange due to ordering the wrong color, size, etc., exchanges are allowed. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.
4. If there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item, exchanges are allowed and we will cover the shipping costs.
5. If you are not satisfied with the product, returns are allowed, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
